Integrated IT system: Business Process Management Systems

Scope of action:

 

As a result of project implementation, workflow system will be created aimed at management of:

• production processes (creation of services for the Clients of the group)
• financial processes (planning and reports on costs and revenues),
• supporting processes (recruitment, employee evaluation, asset management, documentation management).

 

System will be used within Capital Group Arteria S.A.

 

Characteristic of the system:

 

• unlimited number of users, possibility to cover all employees and collaborators of subsidiary companies (e.g. temporary workers)
• connection of operational events with financial events (system enables precise connection of each operation in production processes with events in financial processes)
• analytical portal (OLAP tool) guaranteeing distribution of reports at every organizational level.

 

 

Total expenses:

 

Project is co-financed from European Regional Development Fund.

Amount of co-financing: PLN 717.355,75

Total cost: PLN 3.338.059,21
