The President of the Management Board


A graduate of Warsaw School of Economics, specialization: Finance and Banking. For the last 14 years has been involved in the market of services and products’ sales. He gained rich professional experience running pioneer projects (on the market of digital television services, direct sale and bank products, among others).

 

He managed the sales channels of all-Poland range (retail sales, active sales, call center). He held the function of the Management Associate in Citibank (Poland), Director of Retail Sales of Wizja TV and the Sales Director in Astercity, among others. Since 2002 he has been associated with the companies comprising Nova Holding Ltd. Group of Companies (at present Nova Group Cyprus Ltd.). Since 2005 he has been the Managing Director of Arteria S.A. and was appointed to the position of the President of the Management Board the following year. Hobbies: tennis, cooking.

The Vice-President of the Management Board


A graduate of Warsaw School of Economics, specialization: Management and Marketing. He has a long-standing experience in running business activities as well as building and developing companies in the field of modern technologies services, sales support and IT services of business processes.

 

Previously associated with One2One Communication Sp. z o.o. (At present Sellpoint Sp. z o.o.) and with Trimtab Sp. z o.o. (currently Trimtab S.A), where he combined functions of the founder, main shareholder and the President of the Management Board. As the Vice-President of the Management Board he is responsible for operational management of Arteria S.A. Group of Companies. Hobbies: tennis and traveling.

The Member of the Management Board


A graduale of Ecole Superieure de Commerce in Paris as well as Executive MBA in Lincoln International Business School in Paris. He started his professional career as a consultant for international advisory and audit companies (Guerard Viala and Ernst &Young, among others). He has over ten years of experience in holding the positions of the director for international financial capital groups and companies (Azur Group, Group Falck A/S, Citroen Polska Grupa PSA, among others).

 

Since February 2008 he has held the function of Financial Director of Arteria S.A. responsible for financial planning, budgeting and reporting. He supervises the optimization of financial processes within Arteria S.A. Group of Companies. Hobbies: Polish light music and literature.

The Member of the Management Board


A graduate of Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice. He completed postgraduate studies in Electro-energetic Company Management and American-Polish postgraduate studies in ‘Environment-friendly Electric Power Industry Restructuring’. He has a wide experience in the field of organization and management of investment projects run in the power sector.

 

Since 2001 he has specialized in creating and implementing multimedia forms of client service through contact center, originally in Upper Silesian Electrical Power Engineering Plant, a joint stock company (Górnośląskie Zakłady Elektroenergetyczne SA), and then in Contact Center Gallup Polska (since 2003 has fulfilled the function of the Vice-President of the Management Board and in 2008 was appointed to the position of the President of the Management Board). As the member of the Management Board of Arteria S.A., Mr Wojciech Glapa is responsible for the development of the Call Center Division and for implementing the Company strategy in this field of business activity. Hobby: aviation.
