A graduate of Warsaw School of Economics. He is the founder and the main shareholder of the Nova Holding Ltd. Fund (at present Nova Group Cyprus Ltd.), the greatest shareholder of Arteria S.A. Company. Since establishing the Nova Holding in 2002 he has been responsible for the strategic development of the fund as well as for investments and acquisition. In 1997 he started the Polymus advertising company and then subsequent companies which constitute today the fund’s portfolio. Since 2003 he has held the position of the President of the Management Board of 4fun Media S.A. He has been associated with the media, marketing and new technologies market for more than a dozen of years. He is the significant shareholder of Arteria S.A. Company.

 

A graduate of Wrocław University, the Faculty of Law and Administration. He specializes in tax law issues. Between 2002-2004 he held the position of the Director for Taxes Department in the NETIA group, where he was responsible for preparing the tax strategy for creating and implementing appropriate procedures preventing from tax risks. At present he is a partner of a law office LTA Doradztwo Prawne Dopierała Oliwa and Wspólnicy.

 

A graduate of Warsaw School of Economics. For more than a dozen of years has been involved in the capital market. Since 1998 he has fulfilled the function of the President of the Management Board of Dom Maklerski IDM S.A. (former Krakowski Dom Maklerski S.A). He is an active investor and holds shares of many stock market companies. In the 90-ties he was the faculty member of Warsaw School of Economics. He holds a stockbroker licence (no. 299).

 

A graduate of Warsaw School of Economics. He has a rich professional experience in the scope of finance and banking, gained in the biggest financial institutions of global range: Citibank Handlowy, an then Citigroup Private Bank Zurych, among others. Currently he works for Credit Suisse, located in Zurych, holding the function of the Senior Private Banker, Vice President.

 

A graduate of Łódź University. Since 1995 he has gained experience as the financial analyst, working for HSBC G & A Securities Polska S.A ., Dom Maklerski BOŚ S.A., Pioneer PTE S.A. among others. Since 2001 he has been managing assets, first in Pekao Pioneer PTE S.A., then since 2005 in Millennium TFI S.A. and between 2007 - 2009 in DWS TFI S.A. He holds the securities broker licence (no. 900).
