Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A. exceeded 5% at the General Meeting of Shareholders of Arterii S.A.

On 2 July 2009 the Management Board of Arteria S.A. informed about a notification from Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A., which gave ground to conclude that Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A., executing service agreement within the scope of investment portfolio management, concluded between Pioneer Pekao Investment Fund Society S.A. and Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A., acting as provided under Art. 87, Para.1, Item 2 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Requirements for Admission of Financial Instruments to Trading on Organized Markets and on Public Companies (Dz. U. [Journal of Laws] of 2005, no. 184, Item 1539), informes on behalf of the funds:

 

- Pioneer Small and Medium Enterprises of the Polish Market Open-end Investment Fund (FIO)

- Pioneer Medium Enterprises of the Polish Market Open-end Investment Fund (FIO)

- Polish Telecommunication Specialised Open-end Investment Fund (Specjalistyczny FIO Telekomunikacji Polskiej)

 

about the increase of engagement of the abovementioned funds in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of Arteria S.A. to the level of 5,69% as regards shares comprising portfolios of these funds managed by Pioneer Pekao Investment Management SA within the scope of investment portfolio management services of the funds. Investment funds, portfolios of which represent the subgroup of all clients’ portfolios of Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A. are the shareholders excercising 5,69% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders.

 

Before the increase of shares up to 5,69%, there were 143,000 shares of Arteria S.A. on fund investment accounts, which represented 3,35% of the share capital of the Company. The shares entitled to 143,000 votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders, representing 3,35% of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of Arteria S.A.

 

On 24 June 2009 after the increase, there were 243.000 shares of the Company on fund investment accounts, representing 5,69% of the share capital of Arteria S.A. The shares entitle to 243.000 votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders, which gives 5,69% of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of Arteria S.A
