Generali Open Pension Fund increased its engagement in Arteria S.A. by over 5%

The Management Board of Arteria S.A. informs about a notifiction from the Generali Open Pension Fund received on 19 June 2009, stating as follows:

Persuant to Art. 69, Para. 1 and Para. 2 of the Act of July 2005 on Public Offering, Requirements for Admission of Financial Instruments to Trading on Organized Markets and on Public Companies (Dz. U. [Journal of Laws] of 2005, no. 184, Item 1539), the Generali Open Pension Fund, located in Warsaw, at Postępu St. no.15B informs that due to purchasing shares as of 16 June 2009 it excercises more than 5% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of Arteria S.A.

The number of shares owned by the Generali Open Pension Fund before the change amounted to 100.000 shares, which represented 2,34% of the share capital of the Company and gave 2,34% of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of Arteria S.A.

The number of shares owned by the Generali Open Pension Fund after the change amounts to 223,569 (say: two hundred twenty three thousand five hundred sixty nine) shares, which represents 5,23% of current share capital of the Company and gives 5,23% of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of Arteria S.A.
