Such solutions result in the fact that a company has to focus on its basic activity, self-contained development of structures and frame sales concept simultaneously.
Talking about threats of adopting sales outsourcing solutions, Mr Wojciech Glapa, the Member of the Management Board of Arteria S.A., said:
The first element that has to be taken into account closely when deciding on employing outsourcing of sales force is to make a clear and precise division of competence and tasks performed within a project. A company which makes use of such services also needs to have a business vision of the project and explicit goals it wants to achieve.
