On 4 November 2009 Gazeta Giełdy Parkiet wrote: The Supervisory Board of Arteria gave its consent to issuing bonds in the amount not surpassing PLN 50 mln. The Securities will be issued within the framework of a three-year programme. We are going to allot money to investments – announces Wojciech Bieńkowski, the President of Arteria. The management Board considered issuing convertible bonds some time ago. However, we finally decided on ordinary bonds. It is a less complicated solution – says Bieńkowski.
The Warsaw Company, dealing with outsourcing of sales may need money in consideration of the planned takeovers. There are three themes we are examining now. As we have announced earlier the purchase of call center among others is being considered – points Bieńkowski. However, he emphasises that he does not intend to negotiate at any price. If the Seller demands too much, the transaction may not take place – he states.
In the 1st half of 2009 Arteria has had PLN 2,8 million of consolidated net profit and PLN 62 million of sales income. On the 16 November the company is going to publish a report for the third quarter of 2009. The results may be comparable with last year’s outcomes. Then Arteria had PLN 772 thousand net profit assigned to the shareholders of the dominant entity as well as the turnover of PLN 30,5 million.
The Group comprises Call Center, Gallup, Rigall Distribution Company and Polymus Advertising Agency. The annual results of the Group depend largely on the fourth quarter. In that period the Group works out most of its sales.
