Parkiet: Purchase Planned

On 18 September 2009 Gazeta Giełdy Parkiet wrote: The Management Board of Arteria S.A. is holding talks on purchasing several new companies. The talks are conducted with Call Center, among others.

We would like to close at least one transaction till the end of 2009, states Mr Bieńkowski, the President of Arteria. We are also considering the emission of bonds that would finance the potential canvassing. No decisions have been made yet. If the need for the capital grows bigger, Arteria can obtain finances from the private equity fund. We have already reached the preliminary agreement. Yet, we don’t want to do it by force, as the cost of such capital is very high, says the President of Arteria.

The President announces that the results of the third quarter in the Capital Group should attain the level similar to the last year’s. Gallup Company is operating particularly well, much better than we expected. Rigall Company is also improving their results, gaining profit despite the difficult year.
