The Management Board of Arteria S.A. wish to inform about receiving a statement from the Operation Division of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych SA (the National Depository for Securities) concluding that on 5 February 2010 the registration of 854,764 (eigth hundred fifty four thousand seven hundred sixty four) ordinary bearer series D shares of Arteria S.A with the nominal value of PLN 0,20 (twenty grosz) will take place, persuant to the resolution no. 39/2010 and revised with the resolution no. 44/2010 of the Management Board of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych SA (the National Depository for Securities).
