Investor friendly company
Investor-friendly company is a slogan of the campaign aimed at individual and institutional investors, which focuses on strengthening the relations with the participants of the capital market.
We strongly care for providing the Company with complete transparency and facilitate access to information for the investors. We started with redesign of our website. The new design is clear and enables to reach various data fast. We proposed different actions, such as participation of Members of the Board in chats with investors, publication of a newsletter, mailing to investors concerning important events in the Company, direct meetings, participation in trade fairs and other industry related events.
We would also test how the Company is perceived by the participants of the capital market. Below you will find the file with the survey for download. We would strongly encourage you to participate. Your opinions are a very vital source of information for us.
In order to enable contact between investors and the Company’s Management Board, we set up a special email address where enquires to the Chairman of the Board are sent. We will put extra effort into ensuring that each enquiry is responded as fast as possible.

Release dates for periodic reports
The release schedule for financial reports in 2011 is as follows:.
- Individual annual report for 2010 - 21st March 2011
- Consolidated annual report for 2010 - 21st March 2011
- Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2011 - 16th May 2011
- Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2011 - 31st August 2011
- Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter from 2011 - 14th November 2011
The Company will not be publishing separate quarterly reports or a separate semi-annual report. Consolidated quarterly reports and a consolidated semi-annual report will contain appropriate quarterly financial information, and semi-annual condensed financial statements.
Furthermore, the Company will not be publishing a consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2010 or a consolidated quarterly report for 2Q 2011.
Restricted periods
Due to the release of the Company’s financial reports, the restricted period shall be:.
- 21st January 2011 – 21st March 2011
- 2nd May 2011 – 16th May 2011
- 1st August 2011 – 31st August 2011
- 31st October 2011 – 14th November 2011
