Business model of the Capital Group Arteria S.A. covers development and management of the sales channels and customer service in outsourcing. It is realized through three business levels:

 

  • call center (500 positions),
  • active sales (520 traders, over 80 own pos),
  • sales support (technology and marketing).

 

Full process integration enables execution of orders within one channel or on demand of the client through two or three administrative channels of sales and customer service. Each of the implemented projects may additionally use sales support services with regards to marketing and advertising (creation, production, motivational programs enhancing sales efficiency) and technological solutions for sales process management and customer service.
