Call Center operates on the basis of 460 telemarketing positions located in Warsaw, Gliwice and Ruda Śląska. It integrates resources of call center of Arteria S.A. and the company Gallup Polska Sp. z o.o. Potential of the division is used for telesales and customer service.

Operation of the incoming telephone traffic:


  • maintenance of telephone customer service offices
  • service of hotline (help desk, information, advertising, etc.)

 

 

 


Complex servicing of sales process:


  • product/service sales
  • confirmation of data necessary to conclude an agreement
