Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. Many years of experience in business activities and in creating and developing companies in the area of state-of-the-art technologies, sales support and IT support for business processes. As the President of the Management Board, he is responsible for operational management of the Arteria S.A. Capital Group and direct supervision over the Sales Support and Logistics Department.

Marcin Marzec

President of the Management Board

Graduate of the Kozminski University, completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and numerous business trainings, including at Harvard Business School. He has extensive professional experience in managing the operations of capital companies, implementing projects dedicated to large corporations, effective implementation of capital investments as well as mergers and acquisitions. He is responsible for the supervision of the Contact Center and Marketing Communication Departments.

Sebastian Pielach

Graduate of Ecole Superieure de Commerce in Finance and Management specialization and Executive MBA at Lincoln International Business School in Paris. He gained professional experience in the areas of financial consulting, auditing, and M&A as a consultant for international consulting companies (Guerard Viala i Ernst&Young). He has many years of experience in financial management at the position of CFO of international groups and capital companies (including Group Azur, Falck A/S Group, PSA Citroen Polska Group, Siódemka SA, Arteria Group).

He runs his own business under the GMG Consulting company — he continuously cooperates with capital market institutions and Private Equity funds (WS Capital, Vinci Capital) performing the functions of owner supervision (Member of the Management Board of Delta Kurier Sp. z o.o.; President of the Management Board of BLUE SA).

Grzegorz Grygiel meets the autonomy criteria referred to in principle II.Z.4 of the document entitled “Good Practices for Companies Listed on the WSE 2016”.
A graduate of the Poznań Academy of Economics, Omnicom University – Advanced Management, Harvard Business School Program organised by ICAN Institute.

Managing Partner of SpeedUp Group, leader of numerous projects in marketing and advertising, founder, co-owner, the President and General Manager of TEQUILA\Poland (formerly BTL Group) an integrated marketing agency. In years 2006 - 2008, a Vice President of TEQUILA\CEE within TEQUILA Worldwide with the seat in New York, Madison Avenue – a global holding consisting of 44 companies present in 34 main global markets.

Michał Lehmann meets the independence criteria referred to in rule II.Z.4 of the document “Good Practices of WSE Listed Companies 2016”.
Attorney-at-law. He is a senior partner and a co-founder of the legal firm WKB Wierciński, Kwieciński, Baehr sp.k. He leads the dispute resolution team. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. His fields of expertise include litigation and arbitration proceedings, especially those concerning building and construction issues. He advises the clients in contentious matters related to the preparation and implementation of infrastructure investments, utilizing his knowledge of civil, construction, environmental protection, and European Union law, as well as regulations on the activities of public entities.

Bartłomiej Jankowski meets the independence criteria referred to in rule II.Z.4 of the document “Good Practices of WSE Listed Companies 2016”.
Anna Pielach holds a university degree in humanities with a major in Sociology. Shedoes not operate any business competitive with the Company. She is a participant in the Agreement of Shareholders holding a total of 88.24% of the share capital and 88.24% of the votes at the Company’s GMS.
Ewa Czarzasta-Marzec holds a university degree. She graduated from the Faculty of Management and Marketing at the Warsaw School of Economics and continued her doctoral studies there in the area of management and finance. She currently operates a business which is not competitive with the Company. She is a participant in the Agreement of Shareholders holding a total of 88.24% of the share capital and 88.24% of the votes at the Company’s GMS.
